3400 11th St NW

When I bought the dilpidated one story buidling on the corner in 2005, the nearby developments at the Columbia Heights Metro were nothing more than dreams and dirt fields.  Vision, foresight, and an interminable will to succeed brought the creation of 3400 11th St NW which now houses a neighborhood mainstay, Meridian Pint, along with local business offices on the second floor. Today 11th Street has been revitalized with this buiding serving as hub and cornerstone.

A cluster of independent businesses has revitalized a once-desolate stretch of 11th Street, where big box stores and chain restaurants give way to indie rock dance parties and guerrilla theater performances.
